Shipping and payment
SALE NOT COMPLETE (UNPAID CANCELLED ORDERS)
By submitting your order to us, you are entering into a legally binding agreement. You cannot withdraw your order, unless agreed to by us.
If you have two sale not complete orders (orders cancelled or not paid) we could either refuse to pack any further orders received from you OR we will require a deposit of R100-00 before we agree to pack any further orders. This deposit will be subtracted from the total due on your order. If you don't fulfill the legal agreement and pay for your order, you will forfeit the R100-00 (no refund). We require payment of order within 4 days of placing the order.
INSURED POST
The maximum amount of R68-00 will be added by us to every order received. This is to cover postage and handling fees. This is for standard insured post. You should be able to collect your parcel from the post office in 3-5 working days.
COURIER SERVICE
If you would like us to use a courier service, the amount added to your order will depend on the size and weight of your parcel and the delivery method you choose. If you use the courier service, you should receive your parcel in 3 working days.
SPEED SERVICES
If you would like us to use speed services, the amount added to your order will be a minimum of R76-00 plus 2% for insurance for the first kilogram. Thereafter it is an extra R26-18 plus insurance of 2% for every kilogram. With this service, you should be able to collect your parcel from the post office in no more than 2 working days.
If you would like us to use either a courier service or speed services, please e-mail us and let us know which you prefer. If no e-mail is received from you, standard insured post will be used.
Delivery times are estimates only, and we are not liable for any late deliveries. We are also not liable for parcels lost by the post office or the courier service. It is your responsibility to claim from the post office in case of parcels going missing.
When we receive your order, we pack it and when we are done, we notify you of the amount due and send you our banking details.
As soon as we receive proof of payment, we will send you your tracking number. If payment is received before 10:00 in the morning, the parcel will be posted the same day. When payment is received after 10:00, the parcel will be posted the following day.
The above only applies to orders in South Africa. For orders to other countries, please contact us.
Prices listed in the catalog are subject to change without prior notice. Items are subject to availability.
Although we do our absolute best to keep the website up to date, there may be times when items shown on the website, are out of stock. If you want us to substitute out of stock items with other items, please e-mail us directly after ordering, with a list of possible replacements. (Put the word "substitute" in the subject line of your e-mail.) If you want only a specific item replaced, specify.
If you want to be sure if the item you are considering purchasing, is acrylic or metal, PLEASE click on MORE INFO to check.
Also keep in mind that although we try to keep the photo's as true as possible, actual colour may differ slightly because of different monitor settings.
Please fill in ALL the fields at check out. Everything is necessary to process your order. After you have placed your order and have received your confirmation order, please check your confirmation order to see if it is correct. Remember, postage is NOT yet added to the confirmation order. Wait for the final amount due, postage included, before making payment. We will send you this amount as soon as we are done packing and weighing your order.
DISCOUNT
Buy for R2000 or more and receive 5% discount.
Buy for R5000 or more and receive 10% discount.
The above applies only to orders on a single invoice.
Items that are gradually added and then paid together (for example: 3 orders added together) do not qualify for discount.
The above applies to traders and individuals.
RETURNS
If we agree to exchange the items you've purchased, you will be held responsible for the postage as well as a 15% handling fee. We DON'T give cash refunds.
If you receive a faulty or broken item, we should be contacted within 48 hours of you receiving your parcel. The items should then be send back to us and we will give you credit for the amount. We DON'T give cash refunds. Postage will be for your account.
NO CREDIT OR EXCHANGE will even be considered after 48 hours of you receiving your parcel!
